Hoda Kotb has jumped right into mom life following her exit from the Today Show after 17 years.

The 60-year-old mom of Haley Joy, seven, and Hope Catherine, four, was spotted taking her girls to school.

Hoda was makeup-free as she bundled up on the snowy day in a long red puffer coat and a burgundy beanie bearing the Greek letters of her sorority Delta Delta Delta and her college alma mater Virginia Tech.

Underneath the coat, black sweatpants kept the former anchor’s legs nice and warm while hiking boots adorned her feet.

Her daughters looked darling with Haley in pink pants with hearts on one leg, a black faux fur coat and a white beanie with a pom pom on the top.

Hope wore a pink puffer coat with a red and white print skirt over pink leggings and a red beanie with a pom pom on the top.

In one photo, Hoda walked with her children. In the other, she walked and talked to a woman in green sweats.

Hoda announced that she was stepping down from the Today show in September, citing that turning 60 had shifted her priorities in life.

‘I realized that it was time for me to turn the page at 60, and to try something new,’ she said on the program.

‘I remembered standing outside looking at these beautiful bunch of people with these gorgeous signs, and I thought, ‘This is what the top of the wave feels like for me.’

‘And I thought it can’t get better, and I decided that this is the right time for me to kind of move on.’

Hoda added that her two young daughters, Haley, eight, and Hope, five, also played a major part in her decision.

‘Obviously I had my kiddos late in life, and I was thinking that they deserve a bigger piece of my time pie that I have,’ she said.

‘I feel like we only have a finite amount of time. And so, with all that being said, this is the hardest thing in the world.’

‘I saw it all so clearly: my broadcast career has been beyond meaningful, a new decade of my life lies ahead, and now my daughters and my mom need and deserve a bigger slice of my time pie,’ she said.

Hoda left New York City and moved to a new $2.89 million home in Bronxville, New York in April.

Her new home is located about 15 miles north of Midtown Manhattan in one of America’s most affluent suburbs.

The 4,000-square-foot home was built in 1952 and has a spacious backyard, four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen and vaulted ceilings.

The master bedroom is 765 square feet and has a ensuite spa bathroom.

She admitted to her cohost Jenna Bush Hager that ‘everything changed’ over the summer when she made the decision to move out of her Manhattan apartment.

‘I have a whole new town, and a whole new school and all the new things. And we went for our first day of school,’ Hoda explained.

‘I carried coffee and I had sneakers and I walked with my kids to school like normal people.

Hoda Kotb reveals why she won’t be watching Craig Melvin on Today show

‘It was awesome. I just loved doing it because I just haven’t been able to do that and it was so fun, like to walk my kids to school and I know it’s a privilege because you’ve got to work but I just thought, “Sometimes chapters change and you miss things,” and I was like, “I am going to do it.”

‘We’ve had seven great years in the city with kids and that’s amazing,’ she said.

‘But I also think kids need to have their feet in the grass and in dirt. I love the city life and I wouldn’t have traded any of those years.’
