“WANT TO ASK ME AGAIN, WHOOPI?” ‘THE VIEW’ ERUPTS AS ALYSSA FARAH GRIFFIN CONFIRMS PREGNANCY AFTER 5 HEARTBREAKING ROUNDS OF IVF!

An Emotional Triumph! The Conservative Co-host Overcomes Two Years of Agony and 5 Failed IVF Attempts to Announce Baby News Live on Air.

The View family is officially growing after co-host Alyssa Farah Griffin, 36, delivered a stunning pregnancy reveal live on Wednesday morning—she’s expecting a baby boy in February!

The tear-jerking announcement was perfectly set up by none other than moderator Whoopi Goldberg. As Whoopi introduced a segment on embarrassing moments, Alyssa seized the moment to play the infamous September 2023 clip where Whoopi randomly turned to her and asked if she was pregnant.

“So, Whoopi, do you want to ask me again?” Alyssa declared, as the audience roared with applause and her co-hosts rushed over for a massive hug.

“I’m so overjoyed!” a visibly emotional Alyssa shared. “I went through IVF, it was hard, it took us about a year, it took us five rounds, but he’s here, he’s coming!”

Her husband, Justin Griffin, who was in the audience, beamed with pride. “This is a big moment for our family, a growing family, I should say,” he noted. Alyssa joked that the new addition will mean she’ll be “surrounded by four men” at home (including her husband and two male dogs), creating a “perfect balance” with the four powerful women she sits with every day on the show.

Alyssa has been candid about her painful fertility battle. Speaking previously on the Behind the Table podcast in December 2024, she revealed: “My husband and I have been hoping, trying to get pregnant for about a year and a half, and it wasn’t happening naturally, so we made the decision to move forward with IVF.”

The 35-year-old expressed shock at the difficulty: “I had no idea at my age how hard this actually would be… My body was just not cooperating.”

She even detailed the extreme measures she took, admitting she was giving herself “IVF injections at midnight at CNN on election night” and working until 4 AM! However, after a smooth first cycle, the second was an emotional disaster: “I’ve been a wreck,” she added. “I’ve not felt myself, I’ve been tired, I’ve been emotional, you feel uncomfortable in your body.”

Fortunately, she had the support of co-hosts Sunny Hostin and Sara Haines, both of whom went through IVF, proving that the promised “light at the end of the tunnel” has finally arrived!
