Tom Sandoval FINALLY Agreed To Sell His & Ariana Madix’s House — But For A Selfish Reason…
OMG! It’s finally happening!
As Perezcious readers will recall, Ariana Madix has been battling ex-boyfriend Tom Sandoval about what would happen to their Valley Village home for about a year and a half! You know, ever since his months-long affair with Rachel Leviss was exposed in March 2023. Immediately upon dumping her cheating BF, Ariana wanted to sell their home. He refused, hoping to buy her out and keep the place. The Tom Sandoval & The Most Extras frontman even offered her a $3.1 million deal for the place. However, Ariana wasn’t down for the “trash” offer!
You may think it sounds ridiculous she didn’t take the cash and run. But remember, the former couple purchased their house for around $2 million in 2019 — so they could get a lot more if they put it on the market! Way more than the $3.1 million Sandy put on the table! Hence why Ariana didn’t accept the deal! Plus, there’s the principle. We mean, why should he — the guy who caused this whole mess — get to keep the house he regularly cheated in? Better for them to just pack everything up and move on instead, if you ask us (and Ariana).
Since the pair could never reach an agreement, she ended up filing a lawsuit against Sandoval in January to ask a judge to force the sale of the home and divide the profits between them. He then fired back at the suit, claiming they couldn’t sell their home until Ariana paid back the $90,000 he loaned her. The whole situation has been an absolute mess! And the whole time, they kept living together!
Thankfully, after a year the Love Island host got the hell out of dodge and moved into a new home in March 2024 — one without her ex as her roommate. But the issue of their shared property still remained. Now, months later, we have a massive update…
Sandoval finally caved! He agreed to sell the house!
During an episode of his Everybody Loves Tom podcast on Wednesday with his girlfriend, Victoria Lee Robinson, the reality star revealed that “the house is going on the market.” It’s about damn time!! Not only is the house being sold, but he and Victoria are taking the next step in their relationship:
“Selling the house, getting it ready. Victoria and I are moving in together.”
Wow! The model applauded Sandoval for settling this matter, saying:
“I’m proud of you too. Because it’s not just about moving in with me. You should separate from the past. It will help you move on and it’s just healthy.”
Of course, it’s ultimately what is best for Tom and Ariana. But when it comes to his relationship with Victoria, it’s also what’s good for them! She did NOT want to live in the same place he once owned with his ex! Fair! She added:
“I’m also never gonna move into that house if you want a future with me.”
Ah, so THAT’S why he’s doing it! Not even for Ariana but because Victoria wouldn’t be caught dead in the house where he cheated on his longtime girlfriend for seven months! Good for her showing some self-respect. Some. We mean… she’s still with Sandoval. Just sayin’.
And the couple are planning for their “future” together already! In addition to moving in together, Sandoval shared that he and Victoria also discussed having “cute ass kids.” Whoa! The 32-year-old ex-girlfriend of Leonardo DiCaprio then noted:
“I want two. I want a boy and a girl.”
It sounds like things are getting serious between Sandoval and Victoria! No wonder he’s putting an end to this house battle with Ariana!
