Country royalty had a night to remember at Opry 100: A Live Celebration—and it wasn’t just about the music. Reba McEntire and her longtime love, actor Rex Linn, turned the star-studded event into a heartwarming date night, complete with happy tears and unforgettable moments.

Reba kicked off the NBC special with powerhouse performances of “You Ain’t Woman Enough” and “The Night The Lights Went Out In Georgia,” alongside fellow icon Trisha Yearwood. After her set, she joined Rex in the audience, where fans couldn’t help but notice her getting emotional throughout the show. Talk about wearing your heart on your (sparkly) sleeve!

The couple, affectionately known as “The Tots,” have been together since early 2020, though their friendship goes back years. Reba first confirmed their relationship on an episode of her Living & Learning podcast, where she sweetly said, “He’s very special.” The pair’s nicknames for each other? Reba is “Tater Tot,” and Rex is “Sugar Tot.” Seriously, could they be any cuter?

Their real-life chemistry now extends on-screen too. The duo co-star in the NBC sitcom Happy’s Place, recently renewed for a second season. Their castmates can’t get enough of their dynamic either. “They’re so cute that they’re gross,” joked co-star Melissa Peterman. “But seriously, they’re just the sweetest.”

“They support each other so much,” added Pablo Castelblanco, noting how their different acting styles balance each other perfectly on set.

Whether they’re sharing a stage, a scene, or a sweet moment in the audience, Reba and Rex prove that love and laughter are the real showstoppers.

Here’s to many more happy date nights for The Tots! 💕
