Olivia Jade Giannulli is opening up about her mental health in a recent vlog shared to her YouTube channel

The influencer shared updates with fans on her recent move back to the U.S. after spending part of the summer in Paris. She also revealed she would be moving to New York in a few weeks

The news of the move comes just after PEOPLE learned that Giannulli had split from actor Jacob Elordi

Olivia Jade Giannulli is getting candid about her mental health.

The content creator, 25, shared updates with fans in a YouTube video posted to her account surrounding her recent move back to the United States, after spending part of the summer in Paris. In the video, she also revealed that she would be moving to New York in a couple of weeks.

Aside from giving fans a look into her daily life leading up to the move, the daughter of Lori Laughlin and Mossimo Giannulli also got real about her emotions relating to her impending move.

“I’ve been feeling so many different emotions,” Giannulli said of her forthcoming cross-country move.

“I feel like committing to this move and really like letting it sink in that I’m moving across the country for the first time away from my family,” she told followers in the video. “I’ve never lived away from my family in my life. And I think while moving is a very exciting and happy time, it’s definitely bringing up a little bit of stress just because change is always a little nerve-wracking.”

Giannulli also got candid with viewers about recent discussions she’s had with her therapist amid her moves.

“I was talking with my therapist about this yesterday on the phone, and you guys know I love therapy,” she began.

Giannulli continued on, saying that she frequently uses therapy “as a tool to fight a lot of nerves and uncomfortable changes” as well as to “navigate many situations in life.”

Her therapist, she said, “has very much supported me during this season of life and change and I’m very grateful that I just have an outlet and somebody to talk to and I’m just very grateful my therapist has helped me see things in a different light. Gives me new perspectives.”

Her post comes after PEOPLE learned that Giannulli and her longtime boyfriend, actor Jacob Elordi, had broken up after years of an on-and-off relationship.

Their breakup news came amid months of speculation about the couple’s relationship status. In April, Giannulli seemed to hint that the pair was still going strong, after liking a post from the actor’s sister Isabella Elordi about his latest project, The Narrow Road to the Deep North, on Instagram, per E! News.

The news of the couple’s split also came just after the influencer gave fans a glimpse into her life in Paris.

In a YouTube vlog, Giannulli expressed her excitement about what she said she thought would be a “formative” time in the foreign city. She also shared exciting news that she would be launching a business at the end of the year, saying, “There’s just a lot going on, and it’s all really good and really exciting.”

The YouTube star was also spotted out in Los Angeles recently, making her way into restaurant E. Baldi, sporting a camel-colored coat, denim shorts and a white tee alongside a friend.

Elordi was also recently spotted post-breakup having a night out with fellow Euphoria costars Sydney Sweeney, Maude Apatow and Hunter Schafer in Santa Monica at a karaoke bar. The group’s reunion comes as filming is underway for the long-awaited third season of the hit HBO series.

Neither Elordi nor Giannulli has publicly addressed the breakup.
