A cupcake-pink pregnancy journey ends with a sweet arrival.
A New Addition for “Team McEnany-Gilmartin”
Former White House press secretary and Outnumbered co-host Kayleigh McEnany and her husband, ex-Mets pitcher Sean Gilmartin, have welcomed their third child, a baby girl named Avery Grace.
“Blake and Nash love their baby sister, and we are enjoying this beautiful time in life,” McEnany wrote on Instagram, posting fresh photos of the family of five.

Co-host Emily Compagno broke the news to viewers on Monday’s Outnumbered, calling Avery “the newest member of the Outnumbered family.” Fox then rolled a short montage of Kayleigh and Sean cradling their newborn.
Faith Front and Center
True to form, McEnany paired the announcement with Psalm 139:13-14:
“For you created my inmost being… I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made.”
The verse echoes the biblical inspiration she’s shared throughout this pregnancy, first revealed back in March when she called the journey “a special time for the whole family.”
Blake & Nash: Big-Sib Roles Unlocked
Blake (5) has reportedly been “the most excited,” often running up to Kayleigh’s belly to “kiss the baby.”
Nash (2) now moves from baby of the house to proud middle child, cupcake crumbs and all.

Sibling enthusiasm isn’t new to viewers; Blake’s squeal during June’s on-air gender reveal became an instant viral moment.
Their Play-by-Play Love Story
2015: Kayleigh, then a Harvard Law student, DM’d Sean on X (she tells the tale in her memoir For Such a Time as This).
2017: They married in a Florida ceremony surrounded by friends, family, and plenty of baseball caps.
2019 & 2022: Daughter Blake and son Nash arrive.
2025: Avery completes the trio — an even match for Fox’s “Outnumbered” title Kayleigh loves to quote.
What’s Next?
McEnany, 37, hasn’t shared her return-to-work date, telling colleagues she’ll “focus on life’s most important headline” for now. With three kids under six, quiet moments may be rare, but if past patterns hold, fans can expect her back at the Outnumbered desk later this year, Bible verse ready.
Until then, it’s onesies, night feeds, and a household “outnumbered” in the very best way. Congratulations to the growing McEnany-Gilmartin family, and welcome, Avery Grace.
