Dylan Dreyer may have just crowned herself the queen of organization.

On Monday, Jan. 27, the Today co-host, 43, posted a snap to Instagram showing the detailed list that she left her in-laws when babysitting her children. From what they should eat to all of their after-school activities, Dreyer had every part of the week planned out.

“You know how much I love my lists! How much fun would it be to have me as your daughter-in-law??” she wrote in the Instagram caption. “I think I’m being helpful! Sound off: helpful or impossibly annoying???”

Dreyer shares three boys, Calvin, 8, Oliver, 5, and Russell, 3, with her husband Brian Fichera. In January 2022, the meteorologist shared she would no longer appear on the weekend edition of the daytime talk show so she could dedicate more time to Fichera and their sons.

“These boys are my whole life and Brian and I, we love being a team on weekends and spending as much time as we can with them and having as much fun as we can,” Dreyer explained. “That’s really all I’m going to be doing, just sitting at home and just loving up on those three.”

“It’s all about family time,” she added. “This job can get crazy especially when we’re traveling and we’re busy, but it’s so important to make time for family, too.”

In December 2024, the family of five celebrated Calvin turning 8 years old. In her caption, Dreyer shared how far she’s come in her confidence as a mother since welcoming her oldest son.

“How are you 8???? I remember the day you were born…I never thought I’d be a good mom,” Dreyer wrote in her caption.

“Now I’m making homemade layer cakes with the Bruins logo and ice skating with 3 boys,” she added. “It’s what Cal wanted and I will give these boys the world. Happy birthday buddy!!!”

The co-host wrote that they separated “a few months ago” in an Instagram post.

Today Show meteorologist and co-host Dylan Dreyer has separated from her husband, Today cameraman Brian Fichera, she announced Friday on Instagram.

Dreyer, 43, wrote that she and Fichera, 38, will “co-parent” amicably amid the shock split.

She wrote, “‘For many years I have shared my family with you all—the highs and lows, the ups and downs, and all of the blessings and beautiful memories in between. I am incredibly grateful for the support and love you’ve given me through it all. For that reason, I want to share with you that a few months ago, Brian and I made the decision to separate.”

Dreyer wrote the statement in all caps to Instagram, and disabled the comments section.

Both spouses have worked at NBC since 2012, where Dreyer co-hosts of the Third Hour of Today. They share sons Calvin, 8, Oliver, 5, and Rusty, 3.

Despite the apparently already months-long separation, the pair spent July 4th together as a family, per another of Dreyer’s Instagram posts showing their visit to the Macy’s fireworks show she hosts for the network. A sweet Father’s Day post weeks prior, which Today.com publicized, also supports Dreyer’s statement that the pair will keep on a good face for their boys.

“We began as friends, and we will remain the closest of friends. Most importantly, we will continue to co-parent our three wonderful boys together with nothing but love and respect for one another,” she also wrote, “Thank you as always for your support.”

Dreyer appears on Today alongside co-hosts Savannah Guthrie, Craig Nelson, and Al Roker, none of whom have commented on her announcement.
