After her morning duties at home, Ingraham carves out time for herself with a workout session. She’s a regular at Orangetheory, a boutique fitness studio known for its high-energy circuit training classes. “I’m not a great sleeper,” she admits, “but for me, exercise is the absolute key. I’ve always been athletic. Back in high school, I was voted class athlete by my entire class.” Staying active remains an absolute priority.”
