Jay-Z is once again facing legal claims over alleged paternity—and this time, he’s asking a federal judge to shut it down for good.

According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly, Hov is pushing back against a lawsuit filed in May by Rymir Satterthwaite, who claims the Grammy-winning artist is his father. Jay-Z isn’t just denying the claim—he’s calling it the latest chapter in what he describes as a “decades-long harassment” campaign by Satterthwaite and his caregiver.

“The fabricated allegations and claims have been addressed—and rejected—in multiple other courts,” Jay-Z said in his filing. “Continued harassment and disregard of those orders has already resulted in a contempt order.”

Jay-Z said he first learned about the new lawsuit on June 3 and is requesting extra time to put together his official legal response.

Satterthwaite’s suit alleges that his late mother, Wanda, had relations with Jay-Z in the ’90s. After her passing, Satterthwaite was raised by his godmother, who he says has been met with “unrelenting efforts by [Jay-Z] and his enablers to suppress the truth.”

Satterthwaite isn’t asking for back child support. Instead, he’s seeking damages for the alleged mishandling of past paternity suits, saying he’s faced emotional distress, public embarrassment, and health complications tied to the situation.

“If he is not [my father], why can’t he prove me wrong?” he told Daily Mail in an interview. “Go to the courtroom and do what everyone else has to do. I can take a no. I can take being embarrassed. I just can’t take him not saying anything. It is not fair.”

Neither Jay nor Satterthwaite have commented publicly outside the court filings.
