Robin Roberts recently revealed exciting baby news live on Good Morning America.

On Monday, May 19, Roberts, 64, ended a segment by announcing exciting news after one of her co-workers welcomed a baby boy.

“We want to congratulate, before we go, GMA producer Danielle Genet and her husband, Matt, on their new addition, their first baby, Evan Bradley!” the GMA anchor shared.

She continued, “So happy! Mom, dad, baby are all happy and healthy. That is what is most important.”

As the camera started panning out, Roberts added, “I love that name too, Evan.”

Roberts and her wife, Amber Laign, married in 2023 and do not have children.

In March, Roberts welcomed a different new member to the extended GMA family.

“Before we skedaddle,” the anchor said on March 13, “We want to introduce a new member of the ABC News family.”

At the time, ABC News producer Yoni Mintz and his wife welcomed a baby boy named Jonah Kaydan.

“Congratulations!” Chief Meteorologist Ginger Zee exclaimed during the on-air announcement.
