‘Love Island Games’ Season 2 Sets Ariana Madix As Host & Gets Premiere Date On Peacock

Ariana Madix to host 'Love Island Games' Season 2

Although Love Island USA Season 7 is over, Ariana Madix won’t be leaving the villa too long as she has been tapped to host the second season of Love Island Games.

Peacock has set Love Island Games Season 2 to premiere on Tuesday, September 16, with Madix taking over as lead host and comedian Iain Stirling reprising his narrator duties.

The competition series brings together fan-favorite Islanders from various Love Island series across the globe – USA, UK, Australia, and beyond.

In this cheeky new iteration, couples will compete in challenges while navigating dating, eliminations, recoupling, dramatic arrivals, and new competition twists and turns that help control the

game like never before.
Love Island UK presenter Maya Jama hosted the first season of Love Island Games in 2023. Before becoming the Love Island USA Season 6 host, Madix had an opportunity to host challenges on the first season of the competition series, and Maura Higgins was the social media ambassador.

The first season of Love Island Games was won by Love Island USA Season 2 alum Justine Ndiba and Love Island UK Season 4 alum Jack Fowler. Other contestants from the inaugural season included Cely Vazquez (USA Season 4), Eyal Booker (UK Season 4), Aurelia Lamprecht (Germany Season 4), Johnny Middlebrooks (USA Season 2), Callum Hole (Australia Season 4), among many others.

Love Island Games is set to film in Fiji. The show is executive produced by David George, Adam Sher, Ben Thursby-Palmer, Andy Cadman, James Barker, Blake Garrett, Courtney Rosenthal, Jordana Hochman, Bernie Schaeffer, Richard Foster, Chet Fenster, Richard Cowles, Tom Gould, and Mike Spencer.

The show is produced by ITV America, in association with Motion Entertainment, a WPP Media Company, and distributed by ITV Studios.

Following the surprising success of its first season, Love Island Games is officially returning for Season 2 — and this time, it’s bringing a bold new face to the villa. Peacock has announced that Ariana Madix, best known for her role on Vanderpump Rules, will step in as the new host, replacing previous presenters and adding a fresh twist to the fan-favorite dating competition series.

Season 2 of Love Island Games is set to premiere on October 15, 2025, exclusively on Peacock. The series will once again bring together popular contestants — or “Islanders” — from international versions of Love Island, including the UK, US, Australia, France, and South Africa. With a mix of romance, rivalry, and high-stakes challenges, this season promises to raise the temperature even higher.

The decision to bring Ariana Madix on board as host is already making waves. After skyrocketing into the spotlight due to the infamous “Scandoval” cheating scandal in 2023, Madix has become one of reality television’s most talked-about figures. With her sharp wit, emotional intelligence, and undeniable screen presence, she seems poised to elevate Love Island Games to a whole new level.

In an official statement, a Peacock spokesperson said:

“Ariana brings the perfect balance of sass, charm, and empathy. She knows what it’s like to navigate the complexities of love, betrayal, and public attention — and that makes her an ideal fit for this role.”

Unlike the traditional Love Island series, Love Island Games takes the romance to a more competitive arena, combining emotional connections with athletic, strategic, and psychological challenges. Contestants must not only find love but also outplay others in games that test their strength, loyalty, and nerve. The format proved to be a hit with audiences in Season 1, drawing millions of viewers and consistently trending on social media.

Ariana Madix is 'Love Island Games,' host for second season

Fans of Ariana Madix have long praised her for being one of the most relatable and resilient stars on reality TV, particularly for how she handled public betrayal and heartbreak. Her transition from reality show cast member to host marks a significant step forward — and signals Peacock’s intent to lean into real-life drama with an authentic and emotionally aware figure leading the show.

Social media erupted following the announcement. On X (formerly Twitter), one fan wrote:

“Putting Ariana Madix in charge of Love Island Games is a power move. She knows the game better than anyone.”

Another user posted:

“The villa’s never going to be the same — Ariana’s going to bring the fire 🔥.”

The upcoming season is also rumored to include some of the most iconic (and chaotic) Islanders from past installments. While the full cast list has yet to be revealed, early leaks suggest that multiple fan-favorites — and a few notorious troublemakers — will return, setting the stage for emotional highs, dramatic betrayals, and viral moments that will dominate TikTok and Twitter feeds.

Whether you’re here for the games, the drama, or the slow-burn romances, Love Island Games Season 2 promises to deliver it all — with Ariana Madix at the helm. As summer love meets fierce competition, one thing is certain: Peacock is betting big on turning this spin-off into its next breakout hit.

Get ready for sun, sweat, and serious sparks — the Games are back, and Ariana’s running the show.
