Ariana Madix has a message for fans who are wondering if she’ll return to host another season of Love Island USA now that the latest installment has wrapped. Ariana, who shot to stardom after appearing on Vanderpump Rules from seasons 2 through 11, took over as host of Love Island USA season 6, replacing previous host Sarah Hyland.

In response to a fan questioning whether she’ll return for Love Island USA season 8, Ariana responded in a comment on TikTok that, yes, she is planning to return. Us Weekly reported that Ariana wrote, “I’m not leaving. I’ll see you guys really soon,” after a fan asked if she would be replaced next season.

Ariana is slated to host the Love Island USA season 7 reunion in August, and she’s also hosting Love Island Games, which premieres in September.

Even her own reality TV career was beginning to falter, as some fans felt later seasons of Vanderpump Rules lacked the same magic the earlier seasons had.

Interestingly, Ariana’s reality TV career was revived by the scandal that changed her life. After it was revealed that her longtime partner and Vanderpump Rules co-star Tom Sandoval had cheated on her with Rachel “Raquel” Leviss, Ariana’s star grew even bigger, with huge brands clamoring to work with her. Ariana even got the chance to star on Broadway, which most likely would not have happened if “Scandoval” had not.

It’s not hard to assume Ariana’s presence on the show drew in an entirely new audience, which most likely led to the huge uptick in viewers for Love Island USA season 6, which was a unique mix of luck, timing, and strong personalities, but it’s impossible to know whether the season would have been as popular even without Ariana’s star power.
