During the July 12 episode of “Love Island USA: Aftersun,” Madix reflected on this past season, explaining why it’s been different from the past.

“It’s been a really tough season for a lot of reasons,” she told Maura Higgins. “The islanders who were eliminated, there’s been a lot of stuff that’s just been crazy. I just want them to know, and any islander who has also left the villa this point, I just want them all to know how much I genuinely really love them and appreciate them for putting themselves out there.”

And, she also thanked them for supporting her, even when they didn’t like what she was about to tell them.

“[They] gas me up when I come in [to the villa] because I always hope that I get to bring good news but sometimes I’m the Glam Reaper,” she stated.

Aftersun also included a video of the islanders praising Madix, with Amaya calling her, “Miss Goddess Barbie,” and Nicolas expressing how getting to talk to her on the side when cameras aren’t rolling has been a pleasure.

The video caused Madix to get emotional, and one fan posted it on TikTok, pointing out that this could have been her goodbye to the hit show.

“The was definetly Love Island giving Ariana her farewell.. she really is gone after tomorrow.. Next season is going to feel so different,” the fan commented.

However, she put an end to all of that, commenting on the post.

“Wow they really cut out a lot lol,” Madix wrote.

Another fan then commented, “they could never replace u tbh.”

She replied to that comment, writing, “Thank you I’m not leaving. I’ll see you guys really soon.”

‘Love Island USA’ Issues Statement Ahead of Season 7 Finale

Before the finale, “Love Island USA” issued a statement on social media asking the fans to be kind.

“Huge thanks to everyone who has joined us for Love Island USA season 7! We can’t wait to celebrate our incredible islanders in tomorrow night’s finale. Love Island exists because of the real people who share their search for love with the world. Our host and all islanders deserve respect and kindness for opening their hearts to the experience and to viewers everywhere. As this season comes to a close, let’s show them our love and support,” they wrote.
