Wheel of Fortune fans were left scratching their heads after Ryan Seacrest’s latest outfit on the game show.

Wheel of Fortune fans may feel their hearts sink when contestants make devastating errors and scratch their heads over some of the puzzles, but some were left more confused by host Ryan Seacrest’s outfit during a recent episode of the game show.

On the gameshow episode which aired Tuesday, Oct. 20, many were left dumbfounded when the 50-year-old and his co-host, Vanna White, 68, came out on stage in matching looks.

Even more peculiar to fans, who have accused the show of using “cheap” twists designed to defeat contestants in the past, was the way the pair’s outfits, especially Seacrest’s, were presented.

As they arrived on stage arm in arm, the two wore matching show-themed pajamas, with white tops and bottoms that included colored letters for the show’s title and depictions of the eponymous wheel.

White’s also featured sequins and some feathered cuffs at the wrist, but it was Seacrest’s accessory that had fans puzzled about who was actually helping him plan his attire during tapings.

While he was wearing the pajamas and sneakers, Seacrest also sported a dark suit jacket that was buttoned at his abdomen with the outfit.

As a result, many quickly questioned the odd choice on Reddit.

“So with pajamas, he wears a suit jacket!” one person wrote.

“Yet on other days, he refuses to wear a suit. Who the actual f–k dresses this guy,” a second asked.

“Ryan looked like a hobo today,” a third stated.

But others had an opposite take and said that they were actually fans of the outfits.

“Need those so bad!” one person said.

“Hilarious! Love Vanna’s purple!” a second shared.

The questionable look comes as many still remain divided on Seacrest as a host, with some commending him for doing a great job, while others remain unsold.

He took over the gig for Pat Sajak in 2024, after the former host decided to retire from his hosting gig after 40 years at the helm. He retained his gig as the host of Celebrity Wheel of Fortune through 2025 before stepping away for good. Seacrest assumed that role as well in the current season.
