Hollywood superstars Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, who were married from 2014 to 2016, had their divorce finalised on December 30, 2024. The couple was in a relationship for 12 years, two of which were as a married couple. They separated in 2016.
On the sidelines of the news of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s divorce coming through, Pitt’s ex and FRIENDS star Jennifer Aniston’s first conversation with Jolie has surfaced.
Brad was still married to Jennifer Aniston when news of his affair with Angelina Jolie broke.
Jennifer Aniston and Angelina Jolie had only one conversation before news of the affair made headlines.
A report in The Daily Record says that Aniston had met Jolie only once, in the parking lot of the FRIENDS set at the Warner Bros studio.
Aniston recalled, “I pulled over and introduced myself. I said, ‘Brad is so excited about working with you. I hope you guys have a good time.’”\
Brad Pitt was married to Jennifer Aniston from 2000 to 2005.
Pitt fell in love with Angelina on the sets of Mr and Mrs Smith in 2004, while he was legally married to Jennifer Aniston.
Aniston and Pitt’s marriage fell apart soon after.
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie were together for 12 years, from 2004 to 2016. They got married in 2014, and were separated two years later, in 2016. Pitt and Jolie’s divorce was finalised last week, 8 years after they filed for it.
Brad and Angelina have six children together. Jolie adopted Maddox, her first child, from Cambodia in 2002. In 2005, she adopted Zahara from an Ethiopian orphanage. Jolie gave birth to Shiloh, her first biological child, in 2006. Jolie adopted Pax, her second-oldest child, in 2007, and gave birth to twins Knox and Vivienne in 2008.
