Venus recently shared some fun facts
In a recent interview with Us Weekly, Venus revealed 25 fun facts, and some of them are very sweet. When it comes to her proudest accomplishment, it wasn’t the 5 Gold Olympic medals; she revealed it was “being a big sister” to Serena Williams.

Unsurprisingly, she also revealed that Serena is the “most competitive” person in her family. Venus also shared the adorable nickname Serena’s nieces call her, “Auntie Vivi.”
The engaged athlete also shared her everyday glam routine, and it’s pretty simple. “Just a ton of moisturizer on my face,” she said. When it comes to her fitness routine, she revealed, “If I’m not working out, I feel extremely guilty. I love lifting weights – I do not love cardio, but I get it done.”
She also opened up about her childhood, saying her first job was when she was three years old. “My first job was delivering phone books. I was three years old,” she said. “My dad insisted that we worked – it didn’t matter how old you were.”
But when she wasn’t delivering phone books, she said her favorite childhood memory was going to the playground.

Venus recently received a wild card invitation at the age of 45
Venus’ fun facts reveal come amid news that she will return to the Grand Slam after receiving a wild-card invitation to compete in singles at Flushing Meadows.
She will become the oldest player in the singles draw since Renee Richards competed at 47 back in 1981, per the International Tennis Federation. She already snagged a wild-card spot from the U.S. Tennis Association for next week’s mixed doubles, with singles play kicking off in New York on Aug. 24.
Fans can’t wait to see how she does, but it’s no secret that she can’t compete forever. But she made it clear she could if she would. She told Us Weekly, “A superpower I would love to have is to never age. That way I could play tennis forever.”
