However, Williams admitted that she is having sleepless nights of late, one of the reasons being midnight coffee sessions. Nonetheless, she put her time to good use by performing her favorite hobby.

The 23-time Grand Slam champion’s love for doing laundry is no secret. Many times in the past, Williams has shared glimpses of her doing the laundry.

While she was having sleepless nights, the younger Williams sister again took to her TikTok handle and shared a clip of her doing the laundry.

In the video, Williams can be seen tossing the clothes at 2 A.M. into the washing machine. She can be heard saying, “Oh wait, ew, those are not mine. And it’s one fifty-six. I had coffee at like twelve o’clock and I just can’t sleep. So what do you do when you can’t sleep? One of my favorite things, laundry baby.”

Williams is a known insomniac. Several times in the past, she has admitted how she struggles to sleep in the night.

During an interview once, the American legend revealed, “I’m not a sleeper. I’m kind of like my dad, never slept much. I can really go off of five hours of sleep, but obviously, that’s not healthy.

When I don’t get enough sleep I just can’t get a good workout. It’s low quality and I don’t have enough rejuvenation in my cells to use the muscles that I need to use.”

Despite being away from tennis, Williams is keen to keep her body in shape. While sleep is an essential part of it, Williams shared a transformation milestone that she achieved lately.

One of those goals is to keep her body in shape and she took the challenge of fitting into a denim Valentino maxi skirt last year.

Taking to her official Instagram handle, Williams was thrilled to update her fans that she achieved her goal successfully.

Williams shared a clip on Instagram, having seamlessly fit into the skirt.

She mentioned, “It fits. An ounce more, it wouldn’t fit. I’m a Laffy Taffy or Skittle away from it not fitting. It’s been a very long journey, so thank you for joining me for this hard journey. Don’t get negative if it doesn’t work out.”

The American legend has been hitting the gym consistently and the results of it were there when she was able to fit into the maxi skirt.

Williams has remained quite cautious about her body, even after life away from tennis.
