Wheel of Fortune: Ryan Seacrest falls on set

Ryan Seacrest has shared one of his workout “tricks” while showing off his tone physique.

Despite his busy schedule, the Wheel of Fortune host, 50, never neglects his health. On Wednesday, November 26, he took to Instagram with a look at his fitness regime.

In the middle of a workout session, Ryan, wearing a steel blue T-shirt with a pair of grey shorts, appeared focused as he completed a set of bicep curls. He jokingly captioned the clip, “The trick is to wear a t-shirt two sizes too small,” before his fans flooded the comment section to praise the host on his lean figure.

One wrote, “BRO IS SHREDDED!”

Another added, “Daddy Seacrest bulking up!”

“It’s 2025, Kelly Clarkson is still the nation’s sweetheart but Seacrest is now jacked. Love this for the world,” a third wrote, referencing his early days on American Idol.

Even a few fellow stars commended his dedication. Michael Buble jokingly chimed in, “ I can’t wait to see you in the new terminator reboot.”

While the majority praised Ryan, a few did echo their previous concerns of his “gaunt” figure.

Someone commented, “Biceps are great, but you are getting too thin. Take care of yourself.”

“Honey, you need to stop. You’re looking emaciated,” a fan mentioned.

Fans first raised their concerns last month when he appeared noticeably thinner during a teaser for Celebrity Wheel of Fortune.

In a previous interview with Entertainment Tonight, Seacrest admitted he was “over-exercising, eating better, over-training” and doing “anything I can do to feel 29 again.”

During his time on Live with Kelly and Ryan, the host revealed he has struggled with body image issues since he was younger.

Ryan said he was always “teased” for not being “in the greatest of shape.”

“I will always see that little boy when I look in the mirror,” he explained. “I cannot get past it. I’ve talked to our experts about it, but for some reason, I just cannot see that guy.”

His co-star Kelly Ripa then mentioned she had picked up on his unusual eating habits.

“You spend a great deal of time fixating on what you’re eating and what you’re not eating and when you’re eating and how much you’re eating and how many times of day you’re eating,” she stated.

Ryan hasn’t slowed down since he first came on the scene in 1993 as the host of the ESPN show Radical Outdoor Challenge. His longest working relationship has been with American Idol, which he has been hosting since 2002, when Kelly Clarkson became the reality competition’s first-ever winner.
