Ryan Seacrest has hired a new celebrity trainer to help him bulk up his thin 5ft8in frame – five months after he stunned fans with his ‘gaunt’ appearance.

The 50-year-old Wheel of Fortune producer-host posted a video last Saturday of himself flexing his bulging biceps during a gym session.

Seacrest performed bicep curls with heavy-looking dumbbells as Dodd Romero, who’s also trained Lenny Kravitz and Jennifer Lopez, counted the 10 reps in the background.

The Emmy-winning producer – who boasts 21.5 million social media followers – jokingly captioned his clip: ‘The trick is to wear a T-shirt two sizes too small.’

In the comments section, Instagram user @hqbqwq praised Seacrest for his ‘great biceps’ but cautioned he was ‘getting too thin’ and needs to ‘take care of’ himself.

Seacrest – who was on the Mediterranean diet in 2023 – has declared he will do ‘anything to make myself feel 29 again.’

‘I’m doing everything I can to make myself feel like I’m not 50,’ the Atlanta-born presenter told ET last year.

‘I’m over-exercising, eating better, over-training, lots of muscle recovery, cold plunging, steaming. Anything to make myself feel 29 again!’

Seacrest – who’s still mourning the loss of his father Gary on October 31 – topped the scales at 180lbs when he was 13, and he’s said he ‘will always see that little boy when I look in the mirror.’

The On Air with Ryan Seacrest host has been single since ending his three-year relationship with Sippin on Somethin’ founder Aubrey Paige in April 2024.

Aside from his gig on Wheel of Fortune, Seacrest is also set to return as host for season 24 of ABC singing competition American Idol – premiering January 26 – alongside judges Luke Bryan, Lionel Ritchie and Carrie Underwood.
