The beloved TODAY show meteorologist, 44, shared a touching family moment on Instagram over the weekend, capturing her middle son Ollie’s milestone achievement. In the video, Dylan could be heard cheering proudly as Ollie reached his goal, high-fiving him with tears of joy in her voice. 

“Proud momma alert!!! Yay Ollie!!!” she wrote alongside the video. “No turning back now.”

Her eldest son, Calvin, quickly joined in the celebration, while little Rusty, the youngest, smiled shyly at the camera. It was a beautiful glimpse into Dylan’s life as a devoted mother — a role she continues to embrace with courage despite her personal heartbreak.

Just weeks earlier, Dylan confirmed her amicable but emotional split from Brian Fichera, her husband of over a decade and father of her three boys. The couple announced their decision in July 2025, following months of speculation about their relationship.

At the time, Dylan shared a heartfelt message to fans over a serene sunset photo, revealing that she and Brian had chosen to separate but remain close for the sake of their children.

“For many years, I have shared my family with you all — the highs and lows, the ups and downs, and all of the blessings and beautiful memories in between,” she wrote. “I am incredibly grateful for the love and support you’ve shown me through it all.”

However, in a new emotional reflection, Dylan admitted that while she still values friendship and respect with her ex, there are some wounds that forgiveness cannot heal.

“I can forgive anything… except betrayal,” she reportedly said. “He’s better off with the person he chose to betray our family for.”
