INSIDE WHEEL OF FORTUN: “These kids are spinning their own wheels of destiny — and we’re here to cheer them on,” Ryan Seacrest proudly says. In a heartwarming twist, Ryan Seacrest, Vanna White, and the Wheel of Fortune team step away from the spotlight to deliver scholarships and hope to underprivileged students. No flashing lights, no prize puzzles — just real lives changed, one dream at a time.
Ryan Seacrest and Vanna White Touch Hearts as Wheel of Fortune Team Awards Scholarships to Underprivileged Children
Los Angeles – They’re more than just familiar faces on television — Ryan Seacrest, Vanna White, and the entire Wheel of Fortune team recently moved fans with a quiet yet powerful gesture of kindness during a charitable event aimed at supporting children in need.

Over the weekend, at a high school in Southern California, the Wheel of Fortune crew partnered with a local nonprofit to award scholarships to more than 20 hardworking, underprivileged students, while also donating funds to strengthen educational programs within the community.
Ryan Seacrest — who recently stepped into the role of host following Pat Sajak’s departure — delivered an emotional speech during the event:
“Each of these kids is spinning the wheel of their own life. We hope this small gift helps bring them one step closer to their dreams.”
Vanna White, who has been with the show for over four decades, couldn’t hold back her emotions as she personally handed out the scholarships.

“I’ve seen millions spin the Wheel of Fortune,” she said, “but today, I believe these kids are the ones truly creating their own luck.”
In addition to scholarships, the show’s team donated books, school supplies, and helped fund a much-needed upgrade to the school’s library. Several students were seen in tears — some overwhelmed by receiving their first-ever academic recognition, and from people they’d only ever watched on TV.

There were no stage lights, no puzzle boards, no game show segments — just heartfelt hugs, sincere congratulations, and dreams being quietly nurtured.
With this powerful act of compassion, Ryan Seacrest and Vanna White reminded the world that Wheel of Fortune isn’t just a game show — it’s also a platform for spreading hope.
