Venus and Serena Williams are undeniably tennis legends, winning numerous titles throughout their careers.
Much of their success is credited to their father, Richard Williams, who was their first coach and often went to great lengths to ensure their training and development.
the Williams sisters began their tennis joumey at the tender age of four. training under their father, Richard, on public courts. Richard had already devised an ambitious 85-page training plan, determined to see his daughters succeed in the sport.

His vision paid off spectacularly, with Serena winning 23 Slams and Venus claiming seven. In his 2014 autobiography, Black and White: The Way I See It Richard Williams shared insights into his unique methods.
To toughen up Venus and Serena, he revealed that he paid local kids to huri insults at them, including racial shurs like the N-word
“[I brought) busloads of kids from the local schools into Compton to surround the courts while Venus and Serena practiced.

I had the kids call them every curse word in the English language, including ‘Nitter. I paid them to do it and told them to do their worst he wrote.
