Without question, Ryan Seacrest is one of the most recognized faces in all of hosting. Not only has he been the face of American Idol since the very first season of the show, but, he is now the host of Wheel Of Fortune as well, which is one of the most high-profile gigs out there.
In addition to this, Ryan also has his popular radio show called On Air With Ryan Seacrest, and he even co-hosted with Kelly Ripa on Live for a time as well. So, there is certainly no shortage of work when it comes to Seacrest and having his schedule full.

Seacrest Opens Up About On-Air Gaffe
With someone like Ryan Seacrest, who is a top professional in the industry at the highest level, viewers may not think about someone like him making mistakes, especially not while live on the air. However, this is exactly what happened recently for the popular host, and he recently opened up about it.
It turns out, the American Idol and Wheel Of Fortune host tried to smooth things over for one American Idol contestant who forgot the lyrics during a live performance. Slater Nalley briefly fumbled the lyrics to “Can You Feel The Love Tonight” from The Lion King.
While this can be a harrowing experience for anyone to go through on the big stage, Ryan Seacrest stepped in and tried to smooth things over. The host recounted a time when he stood on the American Idol stage and said: “Welcome back to Wheel Of Fortune.”
With this example from Ryan Seacrest, it’s clear that mix-ups like these happen, even for those who are veterans in the industry with years of experience. Not surprisingly, this also got a laugh from the studio audience, succeeding in lifting the mood.
“I’ve stood here and said, ‘Welcome back to Wheel of Fortune,’” the host said. Unfortunately, Nalley ended up being eliminated from the competition and is no longer in the running to win this season of American Idol.

American Idol: Ryan Seacrest Has A Lot To Juggle Between All Of His Gigs
With American Idol, Wheel Of Fortune, On Air With Ryan Seacrest, and all of the engagements he has to attend, it’s a lot to juggle for Seacrest. In recent scenes, he also opened up about being “depressed” that he is back to being single. However, with the kind of work schedule that he has, it’s clearly difficult to add a relationship into all of it.
Either way, despite his occasional mistakes, people love Ryan Seacrest, and it does not look like he is in danger of losing any of his gigs anytime soon.
