Taylor Swift is set to give evidence in Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni’s legal battle, according to court docs filed by Baldoni’s lawyer.

The document, which was obtained by Page Six on Friday, claimed the singer ā€œagreedā€ to be deposed as long as the judge extended the deadline for her testimony to take place.

Baldoni’s lawyer Ellyn S. Garofalo claimed the deposition would need to happen ā€œduring the week of October 20-25 due to Ms. Swift’s preexisting professional obligations.ā€

The Grammy winner, whoseĀ ā€œThe Life of a Showgirlā€ album comes outĀ on Oct. 3, would be ā€œunable to do soā€ beforehand, Baldoni’s team alleged.

Swift’s lawyers, however, denied Swift had agreed to any such thing in a letter to Judge Lewis J. Liman on Friday.

ā€œMy client did not agree to a deposition,ā€ their statement read. ā€œBut if she is forced into a deposition, we advised (after first hearing about the deposition just three days ago) that her schedule would accommodate the time required during the week of October 20.ā€

Lively’s lawyers also pushed back in a new filing obtained by Page Six Friday, casting doubt on whether the ā€œCruel Summerā€ crooner actually greed to be deposed — and arguing that Baldoni’s team had ample time to arrange a time to depose Swift prior to the discovery deadline.

ā€œIn this latest effort, the Wayfarer Defendants assert — though, notably, without evidence — that
Ms. Swift has supposedly ā€˜agreed’ to sit for a deposition sometime between October 20-25 (some three
weeks after the close of fact discovery in this matter),ā€ the court docs stated.

ā€œYet, even if one were to take the Wayfarer Defendants’ representation at face value, they have not come close to establishing good cause for their requested relief.ā€

Reps for Swift and Baldoni did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.

Swift was firstĀ dragged intoĀ palĀ Lively’s legal warĀ when Baldoni, 41,Ā referenced the pop starĀ in his January lawsuit, accusing his ā€œIt Ends With Usā€ co-star of defamation and extortion.

Baldoni filed on the heels of LivelyĀ suing him for alleged sexual harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, infliction of emotional distress, invasion of privacy and lost wages.

He alleged in his filing that Lively referred to her and husband Ryan Reynolds as ā€œdragonsā€ who protect her in creative battles.

We heard this made the ā€œBad Bloodā€ singerĀ feel ā€œusedā€Ā and she didn’t ā€œappreciate being referred toā€ in that way.

When Swift wasĀ subpoenaed as a witnessĀ in May, the songwriter’s rep hit back at the idea that Swift had anything to do with the August 2024 film’s controversy besides ā€œpermitting the use of one song, ā€˜My Tears Ricochet.’ā€

The spokesperson pointed out, ā€œTaylor Swift never set foot on the set of this movie, she was not involved in any casting or creative decisions, she did not score the film, she never saw an edit or made any notes on the film, she did not even see ā€˜It Ends With Us’ until weeks after its public release.ā€

TheĀ subpoena was droppedĀ later that same month.

Additionally, a judgeĀ threw out Baldoni’s lawsuitĀ in June — although his and Lively’s drama rages on with the ā€œGossip Girlā€ alum’s lawsuit.

Baldoni, most recently, wasĀ hit with new harassment claimsĀ by an unnamed individual about alleged ā€œrepeated, negative interactionsā€ and ā€œverbal abuse.ā€ Reps for Baldoni did not respond to Page Six’s request for comment on the new allegations.

The scandal has reportedlyĀ taken a toll on Swift and Lively’s friendship, with the Daily Mail claiming the ā€œShallowsā€ actressĀ did not reach outĀ to congratulate the bride-to-be on herĀ engagement to Travis Kelce.

ā€œ[She] isn’t going to,ā€ the insider alleged, explaining that Lively has ā€œbigger fish to fry.ā€

The Kansas City Chiefs tight end, 35,Ā got down on one kneeĀ in August, immediately afterĀ filming Swift’s podcast debutĀ on his and Jason Kelce’s ā€œNew Heightsā€ show.

The couple haveĀ been together since 2023Ā andĀ made headlinesĀ forĀ multiple double datesĀ with Lively and Reynolds, 48, the following year.

Lively’s friendship with Swift began in 2015.
