Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce have low-key date night at soft opening of his new steakhouse

Taylor Swift was reportedly a supportive bride-to-be at a soft launch event for fiancé Travis Kelce’s 1587 Prime Steakhouse.

The “Blank Space” singer celebrated the upscale eatery alongside the NFL star — who co-owns the Kansas City restaurant with Chiefs teammate Patrick Mahomes — Monday evening, according to a new report from TMZ.

Sources told the outlet that the newly engaged couple arrived “hand in hand” at around 6:15 p.m. local time, where they ascended a grand staircase to meet with other supportive friends and family at the event. Throughout the evening, they kept things “low-key but affectionate,” per TMZ.

The “Cruel Summer” hitmaker, 35, reportedly wore a blue denim dress with wedge heels, styling her blond locks into a side-swept look. Meanwhile, the Chiefs tight end, also 35, rocked a low-key vibe in a cap and a green striped top as they enjoyed quality time in a semi-private corner booth.

The insider added that the pair “acted like any normal couple” at the soft opening, sneaking in kisses from time to time. The athlete was reportedly also spotted joking around with teammates and stealing glances at his fiancée from across the room.

The couple’s BFFs, Patrick and Brittany Mahomes, also reportedly attended the soirée with their children — but were seated “separately” from Kelce and Swift.

Per the outlet, they took some time to chat with the singer and her husband-to-be, with Swift even holding their infant daughter, Golden, 8 months, and playing with their other kids: Sterling, 4, and Bronze, 2.

The outlet’s insider noted that the restaurant’s staff and guests were thrilled by the power couple’s appearance, sharing that Swift was “funny, gracious and approachable” while getting to know people at the event. They also reportedly gushed over the singer making time to “greet everyone she passed.”

The couple’s high-profile appearance at Kelce’s new venture comes days after he made a stylish appearance ahead of the Chiefs’ season opener in Brazil.

Swift did not appear at Friday’s game against the Los Angeles Rams, which the Chiefs lost, due to the grueling 13-hour flight to São Paolo.
