Blake Lively’s film “It Ends with Us” was released in 2024. Due to her ongoing legal battle with actor Justin Baldoni, a proposed contract for her performance has now become public. According to PEOPLE, the contract would have allowed Lively to earn extra money if she was nominated for—or won—major awards, such as an Oscar.

Lively’s proposed deal for her portrayal of Lily Bloom in the 2024 film “It Ends with Us” has now gone public amid her legal drama with Justin Baldoni. As reported by PEOPLE, there were many bonuses outlined for the actor, specifying that she would be paid extra if she won a major award for the film.

As per the contract, the amount for winning an Academy Award nomination would have been $100,000, whereas a win would have earned her $200,000. Likewise, she would have received $75,000 for a Golden Globe nomination and $100,000 for a win. For the SAG Award, the “Gossip Girl” alum would have been paid $50,000 for a nomination and $75,000 if she won.

The contract also stated that the actor would earn more money if the movie made more money. She would get about $250,000 extra every time the movie earned significantly more than its production cost.

Apart from this, the “A Simple Favor” actor also received various perks to make the filming process smoother. Reportedly, Lively would have gotten a personal driver, $1,500 for assistants, a private trailer, and $1,000 per week for food and training when filming in New York City and New Jersey.

What’s more fascinating is that she also had the option to bring along her nannies, assistant, and security team by private jet when filming in Las Vegas.

The contract also stated that if there were any disputes about the film, they couldn’t go to public court and would have to be handled through arbitration in Los Angeles. Lively, however, did not sign the contract.

Now, with the ongoing legal drama with Justin Baldoni, the contract has resurfaced.
